About the Partnership for Child Health
Over the past three decades, the Partnership for Child Health (the Partnership), has evolved as a uniquely successful trans-disciplinary Center of Excellence to advocate for and develop and implement training, direct services, programs and systems of care which have significantly improved the child health outcomes and priorities of our community.
It has done so by leveraging and coalescing regional and national knowledge, experience and resources, collaborating with the State, participating with and learning from national professional organizations, aggressively pursuing philanthropic and competitive grant dollars and engaging with board members who lead child health advancement in the region.

We join our community to deeply mourn the passing of Dr. Gerold L. Schiebler, M.D. and his countless contributions to the health and well being of children throughout the State of Florida. Compassionate dedication and commitment to children as a pediatric cardiologist, advocate, trailblazer, leader, board member and advisor doesn’t begin to describe all that Dr. Schiebler had accomplished for children in his lifetime.
Dr. Schiebler was instrumental in the development of many of the organizations we depend on every day including Children’s Medical Services, Child Abuse Prevention Services, pediatric cardiology, and many more. Read more including a wonderful interview with Dr. Schiebler in 2000, in his own words.
