It’s not official but Jacksonville already looks like a Child Friendly City. A project to have Jacksonville identified as such by UNICEF has been underway for over a decade led by pediatrician Jeff Goldhagen. At a recent three-day conference held in Jacksonville, interested parties from around the nation met to talk about the Child Friendly City program.
