VAX904.COM Campaign Encourages Vaccines in Zone 1

The Partnership for Child Health supported the launch of a new campaign launch — VAX904.com — to promote COVID-19 vaccines and boosters in Zone 1.

The Partnership for Child Health has been listed as a resource partner to VAX904, a partnership of the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services, the City of Jacksonville, and local health care and community wellness partners. VAX904 was created to provide COVID-19 education and resources to residents of Duval County, in particular children and adults living in Health Zone 1.

On the site you’ll find links to the Partnership for Child Health’s campaign letsgetthevaxjax.com, the Partnership’s campaign which launched in January, 2022 to promote COVID-19 shots and boosters to residents in specific neighborhoods and counties with low vaccine rates.

Thus far in three counties, our Community Health Workers who have been in neighborhoods and at events talking with people, have educated more than 100,000 residents, had several thousand vaccines and boosters completed through our mobile vaccine partner, and trained more than 1,000 physicians, medical, and behavioral health providers.
