The work of the Partnership for Child Health has resulted in the implementation and /or expansion of many programs and services which address gaps in health resources for children. In collaboration with the child health providers and stakeholders in the Northeast Florida community, the Partnership effectively responds to opportunities to help facilitate program development and manage ongoing activities which are aligned with the Partnership mission. Partnership for Child Health initiatives have touched the lives of tens of thousands of our community’s children and families. By providing integrated services to those with complex medical, mental, behavioral, developmental, and other difficult health conditions, children and youth are now experiencing healthier and more productive lives.
